cosmic rage

Think back to the last time you felt judged by someone, even if it’s all in your mind. How did you feel in that state? Maybe you felt defensive, angry or less confident. You certainly didn’t feel good. When we give another person the power to define us, we diminish ourselves. To overcome this, we can think of the enemy not as the other person, but as a negative force surrounding that person. In doing so, we can step into Cosmic Rage. A biblical, God-created-the-universe type rage.

  • Picture yourself inside a sacred circle of I AM. Outside this circle is “You Are Not”.
  • To prevent any other being or consciousness from entering this space, you need to generate a powerful force…cosmic rage.
  • Feel anger and rage emanating from you in all directions, 360 degrees. Choose a short, emphatic phrase and silently repeat it as an inner scream. “Screw you!” “Get away!” “#^@K off!” The more emotion you can muster, the better.
  • Be careful not to direct the rage at the other person—direct it to the cloud surrounding them, where the negative force is, trying to convince you that You Are Not. Think of the rage like the quills of a porcupine, protecting you.
